NLS Tools is able to re-sharpen and repair the following types of aluminium-cutting tooling:
Tungsten Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades
All types can be re-sharpened, from 80mm to 1000mm diameter. New carbide tips can be fitted to replace broken ones.
HSS Cut-Off Saw Blades
These are used on steel cut-off machines at much slower rpm than for TCT saw blades. For aluminium, a sharper tooth form gives better results than the standard one for mild steel. Please ask for your blade to be sharpened for aluminium, if that is all you are cutting.
Router Cutters
All router cutters can be sharpened, including spiral flute types. New carbide tips can be fitted if needed. New bearings can be fitted if needed.
