NLS Tools Circular Saw Blades
TCT Precision Range
A range of industrial quality, precision tungsten carbide tipped saw blades for accurate production cutting.
For general purpose cutting on table-type saw benches. Stocked in a wide range of blade diameters and tooth pitches.
For cutting plastics and laminated boards. The heller tooth form breaks up the cut, giving a good surface finish and minimising breakout on the bottom surface of laminated boards.
For ripping with the grain of soft- and hardwoods on multi-rip machines.
For ripping wet or dry woods. The wiper tips hold the wood apart and prevent the blade from binding in the cut.
A blade particularly for the Wadkin PUA straight line edging machine.
For thin materials, such as single sheets of plastic, perspex etc. Minimum loss of material and chip-free cutting.
For cross-cutting of soft- and hardwoods on pull-over, radial arm and pendulum machines.
For cross-cutting and mitring of light aluminium and upvc thin-walled sections.
For multiple splitting on four-sided moulders. Thin kerf for minimum timber wastage.
For use on wall saws. Available with alternate top bevel for solid wood panels or with heller form for laminated chipboard and MDF panels.
For use on sliding table and dimension saw benches with or without pre-scoring units. Available with alternate top bevel for solid wood panels or with heller form for laminated chipboard and MDF panels.
For continuous cutting of stacked panels. Made with extra-heavy body for strength and rigidity under load and large, high-grade tips for long life.
For pre-scoring the bottom face of double-laminated boards on machines equipped with a pre-scoring unit. Two blades with interlocking teeth. Cutting width adjustable by spacing rings.
As for split type above, but one blade with conic tapered tips. The cutting width is adjusted by altering the height of the saw blade in the cut.
For cutting aluminium alloys and other non-ferrous metals. For use on mitring saws, cut-off machines and portable machines. Especially suitable for thin-shelled aluminium profiles.
For cutting aluminium alloys and other non-ferrous metals. For use on bench-type saws (with workpiece firmly clamped).
All 150mm diameter with 12 or 18 teeth. Cutting widths from 1.5 to 6.0mm.
For use with the Lamello biscuit jointing machine.
For trimming of pages after bookbinding.
For use on Festool Type 55 portable saws.
