Safety Profile Cutters for Profile Moulding
A range of cutter blocks for profiling on spindle moulders. All are suitable for manual feed and require both cutting and limiter knives.
Safety Profile Cutter, 40mm Wide
This cutter block takes 40 x 4.0mm knives which are available in a range of over 100 standard profiles. Maximum profile depth is 12.5mm. Suitable for manual feed.
Safety Profile Cutter Set, 40mm Wide
A set consisting of an alloy cutter block, 1 pair of rebating knives and limiters and six pairs of profile knives and limiters (profile nos. 1 to 6). Suitable for manual feed.
Safety Profile Combination Cutter, 40mm Wide
This alloy cutter block can be used as a rebating or a profile block. Instead of steel rebating knives, it has holders for standard 40 x 12 x 1.5mm reversible carbide knives and two scribing tips. As a profile block it takes 40 x 4.0mm knives which are available in a range of over 100 standard profiles. Maximum profile depth is 12.5mm. Suitable for manual feed.

This cutter block takes either 40 x 4.0mm or 50 x 4.0mm knives. Maximum profile depth is 15mm. Suitable for manual feed.

This cutter block takes either 55 x 4.0mm (Whitehill 'B' type) or 55 x 6.0mm knives (Whitehill 'C' type) knives. Maximum profile depth is 14mm or 24mm. Suitable for manual feed.

Whitehill Limiter Cutterhead, 80-100mm Wide
This cutter block takes either 80 x 6.0mm (Whitehill 'D' type) or 100 x 6.0mm (Whitehill 'E' type) knives. Maximum profile depth is 24mm. Suitable for manual feed.
