Morse Matrix II Bimetal Bandsaw Blades
Morse matrix II bi-metal bandsaw blades consist of a high speed steel cutting edge electron-beam welded to a flexible steel back. This makes them considerably tougher than a carbon steel blade, giving longer blade life at faster cutting speeds.
Morse matrix II bi-metal bandsaw blades are suitable for production cutting of heavy sections of iron and steel with mild to moderate machinability. They are also suitable for non-ferrous metals. However, for stainless steel and other tough materials an M42 bi-metal blade should be used.
