Polycrystalline Diamond Tipped Circular Saw Blades

Polycrystalline diamond tipped saw blades are highly economic for long production runs, lasting typically between 50 and 100 times the life of an equivalent TCT blade while costing only about 10 times.
They are ideal for cutting abrasive materials such as MDF, better grades of chipboard and other fibrous boards. They can also be used for printed circuit boards.
Against this must be set the risk of damage to the blade. The diamond tips are very brittle because of their extreme hardness and the level of impurities or grit in some grades of board make them unsuitable for cutting with diamond blades.
All diamond saw blades are manufactured to order and our sales staff will be happy to advise on the suitability of diamond tooling for your application.
